We offer a flat rate across standard and express shipping within Australia.International Shipping
We offer international shipping. Pricing and delivery times are location specific. All items will be shipped using Australia Post. We are not responsible for additional customs charges.Missing or Lost Packages.
Once a package has been dispatched, it is the responsibility of the courier to deliver it to you. However, if your package is delayed or goes missing, please contact us and we will help locate it.Returns
Returns are available for store credit, within 48 hours of receiving the package.
If you're uncertain about sizing then please send an email before purchasing so we can help. If an item doesn't meet your expectations, notify us within 2 days of receiving your package and return it within 7 days. Returned items must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged, with all original tags attached. Customer is responsible for return shipping fee. Once parcel is received back, it will be checked to make sure it meets the return standard. Only then will the store credit be issued.

In the rare case an item is faulty please contact us so we can help resolve the issue. Ideally this would be through repair first. However a replacement or refund for the item will be arranged where necessary.
